In this position, she oversees daily operations, including billing, payroll, human resources, insurance coordination, marketing, and client relations. Jennifer manages office functions, supports staff, coordinates company events, and ensures a professional and efficient work environment. Drawing on her background in teaching, she applies strong skills in organization, communication, and leadership to effectively support both staff and clients.
