Subdivision and Land Development Reviews / Construction Support
- Engineering review of subdivision and land development plans
- Attendance at meetings as directed Local Planning Department
- Engineering inspections for the construction of any land development project within the municipality. Scope of inspections shall include, but not be limited to, earthwork, drainage, road improvements, curb, sidewalk, erosion control, and compliance with approved plans.
Capital Improvement Project Support
- Preparation of professionally certified design plans for capital improvement projects on an as needed basis
- Park & recreational facility planning and design including trails and assistance with grants
- Infrastructure engineering, including sanitary and water system, storm sewer facilities, and roadway improvement design
- Land Surveying in support of project design, easements, or condemnations
- Construction oversight and coordination
Code Enforcement and Zoning Officer Support
