Fieldstone is pleased to announce the latest upgrade to their arsenal of state of the art precision equipment. The Sokkia GRX1 Base Station & Rover Global Positioning System (GPS) adds increased versatility and flexibility into our existing field crews. This GPS system allows Fieldstone to perform all surveying tasks which require the utilization of Differential Global Positioning Surveys (DGPS).  The Sokkia GRX1 can either function as a standalone static base station and rover; Real-time (RTK) base with rover; or even utilizing just the “smart pole” while connected to a local GPS Network.  Fieldstone takes pride in utilizing the right equipment for the job, which allows us to provide our clients with the most efficient and cost effective service possible.

Fieldstone purchases another Amoozemeter to address an increasing demand.  The Amoozemeter, also known as the Compact Constant Head Permeameter, is a revolutionary piece of field equipment that provides the means to collect data for determining in situ saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ksat) of the vadose (unsaturated) zone.
